That's exactly what the Industrial Automation and Robotics Lab at iHub is designed to do. Thanks to Norfolk Iron & Metal, this space gives students hands-on experiences while also providing local manufacturers with a place to train employees and explore new technology together.

Over 100 students from 24 different schools gathered at Hawkfest, this week, combining their talent and love of music. Students selected for the honor band and honor choir spent the day on the Norfolk campus rehearsing with fellow musicians before performing a public concert.

Congratulations to Kaitey Schumacher on being named a 2026 Coca-Cola Leaders of Promise Scholar!

Since coming to Northeast, Kaitey has earned a spot on the Dean's List every semester while staying involved across campus as an officer for Hawk's Catholic and co-president of the Student Education Association.

As she prepares for a career in elementary education, this $1,000 scholarship recognizes the hard work, leadership, and commitment she's shown throughout her college journey.
