The TempO is part of the ODU Institute for Innovation & Entrepreneurship (IIE) and is designed to get your new, high-growth, scale-able business on its way. The program turns ideas into solutions, and solutions into viable businesses. TempO offers three primary approaches:

Business Opportunity Development - helps you create and validate a business model, plan how to put it in place, figure out finances and how to get funded and prepare your investment pitch. Once you are funded, we help you assemble a team to establish and execute the business.

MarketBridge Challenge - bringing innovation to business problems by harnessing the innovative wisdom of the crowd through open competitions.
