🎬 Salon Talk with Susan — Episode 6: "Parts and Labor" 💇‍♀️💸

"Why did salon prices go up?" — whew, let me break it down! 😂 Like a mechanic charges for parts AND labor… our professional products are the parts, and servicing YOU is the labor! 💛 Electric bill, water bill, insurance, supplies… even the toilet paper! 🧻

Self-service is still an option 24/7! 😉 If not… would you like to schedule? 📅✨

Gurlll, it's SUNDAY! 😄 When you're headed to church with your tambourine and a client wants you to come right after... umm, no ma'am! 😂🙅🏾‍♀️

🎬 Salon Talk with Susan — Episode 3: "The 24-Hour Policy" 😅⏰

At Transformed, we run on love AND professionalism — and that means respecting everyone's time! Our 24-hour cancellation policy keeps things fair for our clients, our students, and our future professionals. 💛

🎬✨ Salon Talk with Susan — Episode 2: "Am I Not Human? Part 2: Girl Talk" 🔊 Watch with sound ON!

Okayyy, Part 2 is HERE and the girl talk is getting real! 💅🏾 My stylist friend pulled up with a question that had me thinking all day long... 🤔

Dentist appointment? Everybody's on time. ✅
Doctor visit? On time. ✅
Eye exam? On time. ✅

But a HAIR appointment? Suddenly it's late arrivals, no-shows, last-minute cancellations... and THEN complaints about the wait?! 👀

Hun, why are stylists catching all this smoke? 😅 We are licensed professionals running REAL businesses — with families, bills, and lives, just like everybody else! 💼💛

And let's just say... my friend has an announcement at the end you do NOT want to miss. Especially if Saturdays matter to you. 😉😂

Stylists — have you ever wanted to SAY this out loud? 🙋🏾‍♀️ Clients — be honest with me, have you ever been that person? 😬 Drop a comment and tell me what YOU think! 👇🏾💬

Ranting in animation.

Seriously Depression Repression whatever.

We have to stop allowing excuses. That girl is wrong. She took 3 children out of this world and there’s clear consequences.

Those children can’t speak for themselves and that woman that birth them deserve the consequences that go with her actions.
