Future chefs put their skills to the test at this year's CIV Culinary Decathlon! π¨βπ³π
Before classes even begin, incoming students have the opportunity to step into our kitchens, demonstrate fundamental culinary techniques, receive feedback from chef judges, and compete for scholarships to help kickstart their education.
Throughout the competition, participants completed knife cuts, fabricated a whole chicken, prepared a classical chicken veloutΓ©, and showcased their culinary skills during a timed cooking challenge.
