St Mark and Sine Nomine Presents . . . the Virginia Handbell Consort (VHC) on Saturday, December 6, 2025 at 7 PM. The VHC, directed by Alan Reese, heralds the season of Advent as we prepare to celebrate the birth of the Christ. Mark your calendars for this annual tradition and enjoy a lively program of traditional arrangements of holiday favorites as well as original arrangements by maestro Reese.

The Virginia Handbell Consort is comprised of auditioned musicians performing on over five octaves of Schulmerich bells, five and a half octaves of Melody Chimes, three octaves of Petit and Fritsen bells, and other percussion instruments.

The program is free and open to the public. Donations will be accepted to help support the concert series. Bring your friends, neighbors, workmates and treat them to a sparkling program and introduce them to St Mark. St Mark Lutheran Church, 118 Old York-Hampton Hwy, Yorktown, VA.
