Seniors and their parents gathered last weekend for prayer, food, and a lot of fun as they continue to grow in their relationships with the Lord and each other. Mr. Perez challenged them from Philippians 4:1-8 and they ended the night with a bonfire and s’mores! We love how God is preparing the hearts of these Ambassadors!

Our National Honor Society students spent the day serving at the Ronald McDonald House in Norfolk.

More National Merit news for the amazing Class of 2024. Seniors Chad Coleman and Grace Perrone learned today that they have been named Commended students by the National Merit Scholarship Program for scoring in the top 3% nationwide on their junior PSATs! Congratulations to these hard-working Ambassadors!

This team of teachers and administrators got to start their week attending the CESA Symposium “True North.” NCS was among the earliest Member of Council schools in this faith-based organization, and we are so grateful for their tireless work to keep Christian schools gospel-centered and academically excellent. Lower School Director Anna Surratt was honored to lead a session called “Adaptive Solutions,” on helping students see their challenges from a new perspective. Thank you to our friends at CESA for a wonderful Professional Development event!

Love this! After God’s mighty work on our senior trip, seniors were moved to keep growing closer to their Savior and to each other after they got back. One of their ideas was to continue worshiping together once a month. Last night, they held their first in-home worship night! We are so grateful for what God is doing in the hearts of these Ambassadors!!

We loved hosting some longtime supporters of NCS at our Ambassador Fellowship luncheon yesterday. Students and alumni from summer missions teams chatted with guests and shared the most impactful experiences of their trips with the group. Praise God for this wonderful family of Ambassadors helping to build His kingdom through Norfolk Christian!
