Assistant teachers help create a safe and nurturing environment for the children. Assistant teachers will provide support and collaborate with the lead teacher during the planning and implementation of classroom activities and experiences. Candidates must be able to communicate, listen, and work well with others in a team environment. Assistant teachers are also responsible for communicating with parents about their child's progress in the program. He or she must be able to observe and document observations throughout the the day.

All applicants must have at least 3 years experience in an early childhood setting.
