Did you know? The VDOE’s Training and Technical Assistance Centers (T-TACs) were first funded in the late 1970s to support early childhood personnel. While their mission has expanded, five universities, including ODU, continue to provide specialized expertise in early childhood special education. This ensures educators receive the training and support needed to create inclusive, high-quality learning environments for young children with diverse developmental needs.
