September is Attendance Awareness Month and AGMS is bringing awareness for our students through another Spirit Week!

Parents/Guardians,

We need your support! Help us decrease chronic absenteeism amongst our students! With a month of school completed, there were 86 students who have missed more than 10% of the school year, which means they have missed 2 days or more since school began!

Chronic absenteeism accounts for 10% or 10 points of the school’s accountability (accreditation) score. The higher our chronic absenteeism percentage rate, the less points we receive!

Let’s work together to reduce chronic absenteeism!
