Thank you to Brian Devlin & Jessica Castro at Divaris Real Estate, Michael Harris at Brookfield Properties and Will Dasher at Interior Business Interiors (IBI) who helped to facilitate the Monarch Real Estate Club's site trek on Friday. It is hugely appreciated, and the students loved getting out of the classroom and seeing some properties in the field. We visited three properties in Virginia Beach; Reflections Office Park, managed by Divaris; Lynnhaven Mall, which is owned by Brookfield; and ODU's new Institute for Data Science, a project which IBI worked on.

On Friday we hosted the HRACRE Summer Internship Program's "Speed Mentoring" event. 7 different companies from various sectors of the real estate industry participated. The mentors answered questions about their company, career and also offered great advice and insights on jobs in the industry.
