Orthodox Christian Campus Ministries at ODU (OCCM-ODU) mission is to:
1. Lead its members to grow in the Coptic Orthodox faith.
2.
We are an Orthodox Christian organization that looks to center the Spirit of the Church on Campus, and promote cultural awareness, tolerance, and fellowship in the ODU/ Hampton Roads community. Offer its members and the community an opportunity to become better aquatinted and informed about the Coptic Heritage.
3. Sponsor activities for social interaction and humanitarian efforts.

We were privileged to welcome Tasony Phoebe Farag, Leaving the Jar, Abouna Samuel, and all the schools that came out to support and take part in this event.

Weβre honored to welcome our keynote speaker, Tasony Phoebe Farag Mikhail, to Eikona 2026!
Phoebe is a passionate author, speaker, and servant dedicated to helping others grow in Christ through the wisdom of the early Church. She is the author of Hunger for Righteousness and Putting Joy into Practice, and has contributed to numerous publications including Christianity Today, Plough, and Sojourners. Her work focuses on practical spiritual life, community, and deepening our relationship with God.
She also serves her church and community in many ways, from teaching and writing to advising organizations like the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Michelle Sous Foundation. Alongside her husband, Fr. Bishoy Mikhail, she serves at St. Antonious & St. Mina Church in New Jersey while raising their three children.
Come hear her speak and be inspired at Eikona this year!

Shoutout to for hosting such an amazing event! We truly enjoyed playing and spending time in fellowship with all the different schools.
