The busy season is coming to an end and it's time to slow down. We are taking september off to spend with my main man, Rex, as his days come to an end. It's one of the hardest things to do and watch as your best friend gets old and know you have to say good bye. He is one of the smartest, happiest, energetic, clever and loving dogs! He has lived a good long life at the good ripe age of 15 and since we rescued him 13 yrs ago I tried to give him everything and still continue to support him as best I can. He is going to be missed dearly but never forgotten. Hopefully one day I will see him again along with all the other pups waiting on their owners. Until then hopefully the ball machine never runs out of balls and the treats are endless. If you have a trip in September we have already put you with another captain and I will be reaching out soon. I want to thank everyone who has made the season great so far and appreciate everyone's understanding during this time.

The Tacketts toughed out the morning til we found the fish. Bute was a bit sporadic til it was on! Had a few chummers while we looked for the fish. These had never fished before but took to it easily. We caught plenty of good size mackerel and kept enough for dinner. The elusive cobras never showed up for us
