Hello Everyone!

I hope you and your families had an AMAZING Christmas and looking forward to 2022!!! I know I am 😇!

I just want to take a minute to say THANK YOU to everyone who has supported me as I launched True Dreams Academy. It has been ABSOULTELY AMAZING to read all of the encouraging words, and receive the tremendous amount of love and support. There are 6 students, ages 2-3, and they have BLOWN MY MIND 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳! So proud of The True Dreams Academy Scholars!!!
I am EXTREMELY EXCITED about the second half of the school year, and all that God has in store for them, and how much further they are about to go!

As I prepare to being enrollment soon for the 2022-2023 school year, I would like more parents to know that True Dreams Academy is here. My heart is SOOOOO OVERJOYED! True Dreams Academy has completed their 1st half of the school year 🎈🎊🎉! TO GOD BE THE GLORY 🙌🏾….it’s because if Him…that True Dreams Academy exist 😇!

Today we had our 1st Parent Teacher Conference …and when I tell you the parents showed up…they did just that 😊! There’s a lot of negativity surrounding online schooling and children…but I had to trust God and do this online in-spite off.

Parents started off quite and kind of skeptical…wondering how we were going to keep 2 to 4 year olds engaged…focused…during instruction time. My teacher Mrs. Jaye nor I had a clue…but we trusted God. And curriculum and ideas started coming together…

3 of our Scholars were assessed when we started…and 3 of our Scholars were not. Well I’m BLESSED to say that ALL have grown academically beyond what I expected.🙌🏾…and their parents are expressed that they LOVE TRUE DREAMS ACADEMY and glad that they are apart of the school 🤩🙌🏾🎈🎊🎉!!!

My parents are all the way on board with taking their child/ren to the next level…found out today that the youngest Scholar who is 2 1/2 can actually write a few letters 😁. But one thing I ABSOLUTELY LOVE is seeing The Fathers present 🎈🎉😇!!! It BLESSES MY HEART to see that every one of these kids Father’s are making sure their child gets their education. They show up for EVERYTHING 🎊🎈🎉!

It is important for black men to show up for their family…for their child/ren. That presence sets a standard that can never be touched and sends the message that that child is protected.

I’m GREATEFUL that True Dreams Academy has the opportunity to help education and shape this next generation.
