🚨 Calling All The Sling Girlies 🚨

Belays & Bruises coming your way on Sunday, June 28th at 1pm!

Join Arika for a 90-minute workshop covering sling belays and drops! During this time you'll work with Arika on 2-3 belays and 2-3 drops she doesn't normally teach in class. It's a great way to get a little extra sling time in AND try out some fun, new stuff.

This workshop is mixed level (and Arika will tailor it to the skills of everyone that signs up!) but it helps if you have experience with thigh hitches and hip keys.

Tickets are $65 and there are only 12 spots available. Make sure to sign up ASAP because I have a feeling this one will sell out quickly.

What do you hope to see in the sale?

Sign ups are open for our next 8-week Kids Session!

Session 4 will run from June 29th to August 21st for ages 8-16. Your child will get 8-weeks of progressive skills building on either Beginner Silks (Mondays at 5pm) or Beginner Sling (Wednesdays at 5pm) and have the absolute best time! Please note: there are no make-ups available at this time if your child has to miss a class.

Everyone must take AT LEAST one 8-week beginner session before they move up to intermediate. The instructor has complete discretion on when someone can level up. It is not uncommon for kids to take 2-3 beginner sessions before they move up - this is how we keep everyone safe! If your child is eligible for the intermediate session, we will reach out personally!

Not sure if you're ready to commit to 8 weeks yet? Each month we have two Intro to Aerials classes so your child can see what it's like to be in the air!

We’ve been keeping a secret the last couple of months 🙊

We’re adding aerial sound baths into the rotation! Led by , these sound baths are the perfect opportunity to step back from the every day and take some time to reflect and recenter yourself. Ground yourself by getting off the ground and into one of our aerial hammocks and meditating to a restful soundscape.

And for our first ever Self-Care Sunday, we’re pairing the sound bath with a little candle decorating hosted by ! Brianna has curated two special scents just for our event and you get to pick the one you like best.

🤍 The white jar has a sea salt and orchid scent

As someone who has bought several candles from Brianna, I can promise both scents will be amazing!

Join us on Sunday May 31st for a 40-minute aerial sound bath and 20-minutes of candle decorating. We have two time slots available (3pm and 4pm) and each time slot has 6 spots. Tickets are $75 which includes the candle you get to take home.

And if there’s enough interest, we could be persuaded to add another time slot 😉

🐝 May 30th - Petals In the Air ~Summer Edition~ 3pm, 4pm, and 5pm (1 spot left at 5pm!)...as of right now about half the spots have already sold so grab yours ASAP
