Congrats Rebecca Sullivan on hitting 25 classes here at Railroad 🥳🎉🤩 Rebecca is sooo much fun to have in class and we can’t wait to see her hit that 50 classes milestone next!

Like Kristin Potter says, you DO NOT have to be in shape or strong to take one of our classes! That is literally what we are here for. Together we’ll help you build strength, flexibility, and confidence. Plus we’ll get you upside down 😉

So if you’re in Norfolk, come check us out! We have intro or beginner friendly classes EVERY DAY

Even if we somehow managed to pull the wrong lever (we won’t! I promise!) you would still get to the ground safely!

Ready to tie yourself in knots Norfolk? Join us for an Intro to Sling class (Thursdays at 6:30pm, Saturdays at 12:45pm) or Intro to Silks (Tuesdays at 6:15pm, Saturdays at 9am). It’s really funnnnnnnn

We get this question all the time!

Let’s be real, age does play a part in how easy classes are, but that’s not the only factor! And honestly…who cares?

Aerial is one part fitness, one part art. And age shouldn’t limit you for either of these things. We’ve got kids a young as 8 and adults in their “get off my lawn” phase. Aerial is for everyone and every body!

So if you’re in Norfolk (or Hampton Roads), take some time for yourself to move your body, get creative, and maybe make some friends of all ages while you’re here 🖤

We got behind on milestones again, but Congrats Maverick ✈️ on hitting 25 classes at Railroad 🥳🎉🎈

We love her dedication (especially to barrel rolls on the hoop) and her smile that always brightens up the class! Can’t wait to see you hit 50 classes!

Thank you to everyone that came out to our Anniversary Party last weekend! We had the absolute best time celebrating our third year and can’t wait for all the amazing memories to come in year 4 🖤

Curious about aerial but not sure where to start? Petals in the Air is a welcoming, beginner-friendly experience designed especially for first-time guests!

This 60-minute event begins with a 45-minute aerial yoga session focused on gentle movement, supported stretches, and feeling comfortable in the hammock. No prior aerial or yoga experience is needed. Everything is guided, approachable, and designed to help you feel at ease.

After movement, you’ll enjoy a bouquet building session, where you’ll create your own mini floral arrangement to take home. It’s a chance to slow down, connect, and leave with something beautiful you made yourself.

With only six participants per time slot, this experience stays calm, personal, and not intimidating. A perfect introduction to our studio and the feeling we create here.

Event Details
Sunday, October 18th
Time slots at 2pm and 3pm

Come exactly as you are. This is about trying something new in a supportive, creative space!

We say it in our welcome email,
We say it on our site,
We even text directions to you,
Before your first aerial flight.

But just in case you missed it,
We’ll tell you once again:
Our address may say 25th Street,
But that’s not how you get in.

Our door is on Omohundro,
Just around the bend,
Walk past the outdoor seating,
And you’ll find us at the end.

So don’t knock on 25th Street,
Or wonder where we are,
Just come around the corner…
We promise it’s not that far!
