How:
Graduates -Decorate your car and join the line-up! Include your name and school you graduated from. High school graduates may want to share where they are headed to college and decorate for it. Have a driver, drive yourself… up to you! Just remember to stay in your cars and follow CDC guidelines for social distancing. No need to RSVP.
Residents- Please spread the word, and join us on Saturday for some celebratory, but socially distant, fun! If you are not a graduate but live on the route, please stand out in your yard or sidewalk to cheer for them as they pass by. If the parade won’t pass your home, line the streets downtown or the perimeter of Thrasher Park (while respecting social distance) to participate. The antique fire truck will lead the parade and the city’s new trolley will serve as the caboose. Feel free to make posters, ring cow bells, decorate your yard, anything is welcome to help them feel loved and celebrated!
