In 2004, I founded Legacy Education Training Company, Initially focusing on CPR and First Aid training before expanding to offer a range of educational services such as tutoring, babysitting boot camps, professional development, DECAL state training, and more. The company’s mission is to deliver academic content using various learning styles to cater to the unique needs of every individual, believing that everyone can learn with the right approach.
With a background in both healthcare and education, I bring over 30 years of experience as a certified phlebotomist in the healthcare field and more than 20 years in education. I obtained my BA in Education with the certifications in general and special education from Mercer University. Over the years, I have also owned and operated an in-home daycare for more than seven years and have taught students running from Pre-K to 8th grade.
As a mother of four daughters, and grandmother of five grandchildren, I have a deep passion for teaching and nurturing the growth and development of my students through my work at Legacy Education Training Company. My dedication to education and commitment to helping others learn are evident in the services that I provide and the impact I make to those I teach and mentor.
