1. Group insurance at your job ends if you leave, retire, or get fired.( which can cause issues, since life insurance is based on age & health)

PITFALLS OF THE REAL ESTATE INDUSTRY!

In this model, I want to point out a few errors. This will be a four day conversation.

The issue here is as the Real Estate Agent you income is limited, there is no financial security, and you are exchanging time for money.

If you are a broker of course you have unlimited income potential.
WHY?
Because as a broker you recruit, train, and help your team mates learn how to sell as good as you.

When an agent goes out to sell a home they keep 50%, and the agent gets 50%.

Is there an issue with this system of course not a BROKER should get paid for the recruiting, and training they did.

What happens though when the agent gets TIRED of splitting that commission.

Living pay check to pay check sucks!

You work all day and then we come home to be a mother, a wife, chef, a house cleaner, and more.....

I know starting a business, & learning a new career can be daunting.

I get it... I worked full time when I started this business in 2019, and did this part time. My first 30 days I made 2k.

It was a lot on it's own..my job.. I was making decent money but I wanted more.
