NCSCA visited the Target Corporation distribution center in Fontana, California last week to visit the first cohort of students training on the device to get their Manufacturing Skill Standards Council (MSSC) certification. This first cohort spends 20 hours a week in the classroom & 20 hours a week in the warehouse with a success coach. Once they finish & receive their certification they are eligible for a promotion. Great job to everyone involved!
