Today’s class was wonderful as always and I feel blessed to be able to share this amazing practice with these great people 💖 especially on such a significant date of 10/10/2020. The energy of this date is all about enlightenment, releasing what no longer serves us and opening ourselves up to new beginnings, wherever that is in our lives. 2020 in general represents teamwork and focus, connecting with the people in our lives and sending love any way we can even if the majority of this year has been spent trying to avoid connecting with others to protect our health. We’re moving forward with strength as a team and it’s all done through self awareness 💖 I hope everyone has a beautiful day full of self-realization and empowerment, Namaste 🌻🌛🙏🏻🌞🌻
