We're searching for a beautiful soul to work in one of our Group Homes.
Please share with someone you think would a good fit. We're at the Nogales job fair today (10/14) from 9-2pm at the Nogales Recreation Center.
Group Home staff provide direct care to people with special needs. At the home, the care includes being creative with hobbies/activities, involving them in the care of the home, cooking, cleaning, driving them to medical appointments, and helping them feel part of the community.
The position is for 32 hours, more hours can be found if willing to help out in our other programs. You could be driving, helping build social skills or job skills, or providing care in a person's home. Group Homes have 3 shifts, morning, evening and nighttime. The staff rotates shifts and holidays so everyone feels respected.

Requirements:
-age 21+
-a U.S. driver's license,
-5 year driving record from the DMV,
-U.S. fingerprint card
Will train on the job:
-Direct care worker
-CPR/ First Aid
-Article 9 (rights of people with special needs)
-Medication Administration
-P.R.O.U.D. (how to safely guide and teach people through behavior training)
-PASS training (driving courtesy and vehicle safety for people with special needs)
