All aboard for FUN! 🚂
Our kindergarteners had an unforgettable field trip on Friday with the Nickel Plate Express! From exploring how a real train works and riding it, to listening to a train story and even getting to chance to ask questions with the conductor, our students were fully immersed in learning before hopping on for their ride.
The excitement was nonstop as they became “train experts,” spotting tracks, listening for the whistle, and taking in the world around them. Experiences like this bring learning to life in the best way full of curiosity and joy. 💛

Every Miller has a “special person.” 💛
The teacher who believed in them. The bus driver who starts their morning with a smile. The custodian who knows every kid by name. The coach, the aide, the librarian, the principal — the people who go above and beyond every single day.
Introducing Thank a Miller (formerly Thank an Educator) — NSEF’s honoree giving program. https://www.noblesvilleschoolseducationfoundation.org/thank-a-miller/
A $20 gift in your special person’s honor sends them:
🍪 A cookie from Debbie’s Daughters
💌 A personalized note from you
⭐ A shout-out on our Honor Roll
And every dollar comes right back to Noblesville Schools.
Honor staff. Spread joy. Give thanks.

This week in STEAM, our 3rd graders dove into our fish tank lesson and it was FIN-tastic 🐟✨
We explored the science behind what makes a fish tank thrive, especially the chemistry! From choosing the right tank and fish to breaking down the nitrogen cycle step by step, there were SO many great questions and curious minds at work.
To wrap it all up, students painted their own custom bettas (that we 3D printed right here at school!), and let me tell you…we have some incredibly creative fish headed home this week 🎨🐠
Be sure to check out these amazing designs—you won’t want to miss them!

The 2026 Noblesville Elementary School Art Show was a hit! 30 eagle artworks were on display at Noblesville Creates in downtown Noblesville. The display will be up until the end of April for anyone that would love to go see it! Mrs. Shell was so happy to celebrate all the hard work of our eagles! 🎨🦅💚

The day before Spring Break at White River = ALL the fun! 🌸✨
Our kindergarteners were busy exploring force and motion with hands-on activities, while 3rd graders cozied up for some magical flashlight reading! 📚🔦
From learning to laughter, our halls were full of excitement and energy what a perfect way to head into break! 💛

✨ Rise, Shine, and Read is something truly special at White River! ✨
This wonderful event, created by our teacher librarian (Mrs. Harris), brings families together for a meaningful start to the day. There’s nothing better than seeing students and their grown-ups sharing stories, smiles, and a love of reading before the bell rings. 📚💛
It’s more than just an event, it’s building lifelong readers and strengthening our school community, one page at a time.
