Challenge the “norm”. Look deeper into what you (and likely those around you) take for granted. Take for truth. Is the accepted wisdom, “conventional” after all?

One of my favorite exercises is the Row-W-Y press. Setting your shoulders and scapular complex backward with the Row, then downward with the external rotation of the W, allows the overhead press of the Y to be completed in a more optimal position.

A common mistake I see is with an overhead press often being performed with shoulders tipped forward and creating an impinging moment. Instead of just doing a standard military press, give this version a try.

For a more intense fatigue, complete with 🔥💪🏻
