Pray for the community of Zhytomyr.

An attack just happened there. No one we know was injured or killed, but this is the reality of what they’re living in every day.

Please join us in praying for peace and protection over Zhytomyr.

By the end of the week, camp had become so much more than a summer program.

Families found new friendships. Parents found rest. Kids found the confidence to try things they'd never tried before, and a community that welcomed them exactly as they are.

This is what happens when 22 staff members and 32 volunteers from 18 different churches choose to show up for the same purpose, loving children with disabilities and the families who care for them, the way Christ loves them.

Ninety three children. Fifty nine families. One incredible week of hope.

This is why the MTU team does what they do.

Camp isn't just five days of fun, though there was plenty of that too.

This year brought a brand new Music Station, where kids spent the week preparing for a final concert alongside siblings and volunteers. The concert became one of the most joyful moments of the whole week, kids expressing themselves and building confidence in front of the people who love them most.

Every evening, families gathered for a time called Mirror of the Day, reflecting on the day together, memorizing Bible verses, and talking through God's Word in a way that felt natural, not forced.

And then there was the fun everyone came for. Trampolines, games, and outdoor adventures gave kids the chance to try new things, overcome fears, and just be kids in a safe and welcoming environment.

Every part of camp, from the music to the games to the quiet evening conversations, was designed with one goal, helping each child grow and feel loved.

Stay tuned for one more post from camp.

This summer, the MTU team hosted two five day day camps for children with disabilities and their families, and the impact is hard to put into words.

93 children came to camp. 38 of them for the very first time. 59 families found a place to rest, connect, and be seen.

22 MTU staff members and 32 volunteers from 18 different churches came together with one purpose, to love these kids well and remind their families they are not alone.

For many families, the first days were the hardest. Parents were unsure about leaving their children in a new environment. But through patience and genuine care, trust grew fast. By the end of the week, families were calling the volunteers people with big hearts who truly loved their kids.

This year also brought something new, a Music Station led by music therapist Tetiana Motyzhynets, where every child got to prepare for a final concert alongside siblings and volunteers.

Stay tuned this week as we share some of the stories that made this camp so special.

The story of Oksana is a beautiful testimony of God's faithfulness and love. She has walked through her own journey, with its challenges and questions, but in the midst of it all, God found a way to touch her heart and draw her closer to Himself.

Today, the MTU team rejoices together with Oksana for the changes taking place in her life. It is a journey of faith, where trust in God grows each day, bringing peace, hope, and a renewed sense of purpose.

MTU is truly grateful to witness how God is working in her life. Please join in praying that the Lord will continue to guide Oksana, strengthen her, and fill her with His grace every day.

At the end of every small group gathering for women facing unplanned pregnancy, the MTU team pauses to pray together and share the hope of the Gospel, trusting God to bring peace, direction, and restoration in every life.

Please join in praying for these gatherings.

For openness and trust among the women.
For wisdom for our counselors.
For the presence of God to bring peace and healing.
For lives to be touched and transformed.

MTU is grateful to serve in this ministry and to witness what God is doing in these moments.
