🎓 A diploma can be the start of something new.

Dakota McLaughlin faced significant challenges growing up, but with encouragement from his probation officer, he took the first step toward a brighter future by enrolling at The Excel Center.

Despite initial concerns about his learning disability, Dakota found the support he needed to work toward his goals and earn his high school diploma.

CONGRATULATIONS to our soon-to-be graduate, Christian, on earning his CDL Class A License through Drive Co. in partnership with Ivy Tech!

Christian’s hard work, determination, and commitment to his goals have paid off! We can’t wait to see where the road takes him!

¡Buenas tardes! from Ms. Carolyn who is in Spain on a once-in-a-lifetime adventure!

Employees who have served at Goodwill for 10 years are awarded 3 weeks away from work to rest, recharge, and pursue a meaningful personal experience. Carolyn is spending her refresh hiking more than 500 miles along the Camino de Santiago in Spain!

Thanks to a grant from the Lilly Endowment, Carolyn's journey has been sponsored so she can focus on the experience, reflection, and personal growth that the Camino is known for.

We are so grateful for Carolyn's decade of dedication to our students and Excel Center community! Please join us in wishing her safe travels as she takes on this amazing challenge. We can't wait to hear all about her journey when she returns! 🌍🥾💙

Last night 3 of our incredible graduates were celebrated at their Certified Clinical Medical Assistant pinning ceremony!

Mariam Diallo, Gineth Carnevale, and Weiqi Gong completed their CCMA coursework through Ascension St. Vincent, passed their NHA certification exam, and are now finishing their externships. We are so proud of their hard work, perseverance, and commitment to serving others in the healthcare field.

Thank you to Ascension St. Vincent for investing in our grads and providing such meaningful hands-on learning opportunities. The future is bright for these grads, and we cannot wait to see the lasting impact they will make in our community! 💙🩺

Last week, we celebrated Teacher Appreciation Week and honored our Educator of the Year at The Excel Center - Noblesville — Octavia Geiger!

Octavia serves as one of our Multilingual Learner Teachers of Record and goes above and beyond every day to support our students and ensure their needs are met. Her dedication, compassion, and hard work make a lasting impact on our school community, and we are so grateful to have her on our team.
