Meet Farrah, our newest HVAC instructor at the CLC! 👏

Farrah started her journey years ago as a CLC student, went on to become an incredible service technician with Summers, and is now back where it all began—this time as an instructor! She just wrapped up her first week at the CLC, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her on the team.

We created custom logos for each of our training programs — Plumbing, HVAC, and Safety — and surprised our instructors with mugs featuring their individual logos. A small thank-you for the big impact they make every day through leadership and expertise!

Our HVAC 101 crew made it through week one… or as we like to call it, Boot Camp Week! 💪

Last month, we celebrated our 3rd anniversary of "101": our onboarding program for completely green technicians in the wonderful world of HVAC. Perhaps the name itself isn't creative, but our instructors are innovative. Which is good because HVAC itself is constantly innovating.
