HVAC Lab ➡️ Milliner Lab

Our HVAC training lab is now The Milliner Lab, named in honor of our instructor Doug Milliner, who is retiring next week.

Doug helped launch the CLC and has trained and mentored countless technicians over the years. We’re thankful for the time, knowledge, and leadership Doug has shared with so many of us!

Meet Farrah, our newest HVAC instructor at the CLC! 👏

Farrah started her journey years ago as a CLC student, went on to become an incredible service technician with Summers, and is now back where it all began—this time as an instructor! She just wrapped up her first week at the CLC, and we couldn’t be more excited to have her on the team.

We created custom logos for each of our training programs — Plumbing, HVAC, and Safety — and surprised our instructors with mugs featuring their individual logos. A small thank-you for the big impact they make every day through leadership and expertise!
