🍕💛We are going to bring back Pizza Tuesday....... on Friday. 💛🍕

This week's lucky staff spotlight winner is Kindergarten teacher- Mrs Marks!!🎉

📚 When she's not wrangling kindergartners, she enjoys reading, movies & gardening.
💙 Her favorite color is blue!
🏈 She's a PURDUE fan--Boiler Up!!
🥤Diet Coke is her drink of choice.
🍿 For snacks, she loves PopCorners Kettle Corn and you can never go wrong with a Twix.
🍽 Some of her favorite spots are Aspen Creek, Chuy's, Culver's & Chick-fil-A.
🛍 And when it's time to shop? Amazon & Target are the winners!

Thank you to every student and family who participated, shared, purchased, and supported our PTO. We are so proud of this amazing accomplishment!

For $10 per student order, we'll deliver your entire mum order right to your porch on September 9!

No loading the car. No figuring out how you're fitting all those mums inside. And most importantly... You don't have to rush to the school for pick-up!! 😆

489 mums sold! And the crazy part.... We still have paper orders coming back tomorrow! 🤯

So tonight, we have TWO missions:

🌼Mission #1: Can we hit 500 by tomorrow morning?

🎒Mission #2. FIND. THAT. PAPER. FORM

Paper orders are due back to school TOMORROW- Monday, 8/24
Double check it, tuck it in the backpack, and then get some sleep!! 🛌🏻

💻 Roxy & Hoot are ONLINE EXCLUSIVES!

You won't find these two on the paper order form. If you want to bring Roxy or Hoot home, you'll need to order through your student's online store.

🕷🌼 Spin has officially taken control.

After watching Bandit create chaos, Harvey wander off on another "international adventure" and Jack just smile through it all...Spin decided someone needed to run this operation. 🤣

So, naturally, she made a plan.
🕸 A web for online orders
📝 A web for paper orders
🌾 A web for keeping track of Harvey
🦝 and an extra-strength web for Bandit

and while Spin has been busy organizing the crew, DCE has sold 218 mums online!! AMAZING!

We're officially working toward our next big milestone: 500 mums!

🌍🌾 Harvey heard there was an adventure happening....

Harvey has officially returned to Deer Creek with his bags packed, his passport ready and absolutely no idea where he's going.

But while Harvey has been planning his next "international expedition", you all have been BUSY!!

🌼165 mums have already found homes!🌼

Not bad for the beginning of our adventure! Harvey checked the map and says our next stop is 250.... We can do it!! 🌟

💻Register your student and share their personal online link with friends and family, or keep selling with your paper order form--paper orders are due to the school 8/24. 📆

And Harvey? He's currently insisting Noblesville ➡ Fishers counts as international travel.

🦝 💫 Well, well, well.....look who's back.

We were wondering what Bandit had been up to since last fall.

Apparently, he's expanded his skill set. Forget shiny spoons and garden gnome hats. This year, Bandit has moved on to tampering with the mum sign up link. If you had trouble getting your kiddo registered from the link sent in parent square, I'm blaming Bandit!!! His track record isn't helping his case!

When questioned about it, Bandit simply replied "FINDERS KEEPERS!"
Sir....that doesn't even make sense.

Anyway, Bandit is officially back in Deer Creek- still taking nighttime strolls, still collecting anything that sparkles, and apparently still keeping the PTO on it's toes.

Bandit, Harvey, Jack & Spin are back, and they're ready to find their way onto all the porches around DCE! 🦝🌾🎃🕷

Our annual Mum Buddy fundraiser starts TODAY- and we are going BIG this year. Our goal is to sell 1,000 mums! 🌟

Every student will be bringing home a Mum Sale packet with:
🌼 Paper order forms
💻 Instructions for creating your student's OWN online sales link
📆 Important sales and pickup info

❗❗❗One important change this year: You will NOT receive an automatically generated sales link by email like previous years. Families can choose whichever option works best: Sell using the paper order form, create an online sales link, or use BOTH! ❗❗❗

We've got 2 weeks, 4 mum buddies, and one BIG goal.....

Reports are coming in that some familiar faces have been spotted back in town…

🦝 Bandit has already been seen carrying something suspiciously shiny.

🌾 Harvey claims he just returned from “an international expedition.”

🎃 Jack is smiling as big as ever.

🕷️ Spin? She’s quietly watching everything from above.

The Mum Buddies are officially returning, and over the next two weeks you’ll get to catch up with each one before they find their forever porches.

💙 Every "adoption" helps support Deer Creek Elementary students through the PTO! Sales will go live tomorrow!! Keep an eye out in your kiddos backpack for the paper order form. Parents can set up their online ordering link by following the instructions that will be sent home with the paper order forms.
