PHS Class of 1988 30th Reunion The 30th came and went in 2018, and it was fun, but it’s now already 2021. The years to the 35th are only two, and what, pray tell, shall we do?

Surely COVID will have passed, and a city-wide reunion might be a blast...

If you donated to the Viking Endowment Fund thru the EveryEventGives website, your gift was mailed today. You should receive acknowledgment of your charitable gift in the coming weeks. In addition, after covering our costs for the reunion, I was able to submit an additional gift of $230.98 to the Viking Endowment Fund on behalf of the PHS Class of '88. Thank you to everyone that helped to plan our reunion! I feel like it was a great success! For those of you who could not make it, know we missed you and reminisced about you! For those of you who attended, thank you and it was so fun to see you and meet your spouses and kids. Please post any pictures here, and feel free to tag yourself in any of the pictures posted as well as save them! I tried to take pics of everyone but, at some point I just was having so much fun, I forgot to take them. I soaked up ever moment I could with everyone during our 30 year HS reunion! So happy people from the classes above and below showed up! We should start doing this multi class reunion every 5 years! Also loves seeing friends from other schools! To those of you I reconnected with my heart is so happy! For those of you I know so wonderful to see you! But there is never enough time. So no good byes, just see you soon!!!! Vikings: I had a fantastic time--even better than anticipated! I hope everyone else that attended did, as well. It wasn't perfect, but, frankly, I thought it was pretty damn close. (The Men's Room at Summers at the River might need some attention, for one.) Overall I think we did things the right way. Money-wise, we covered our costs, tipped our vendors, and will still have a little to donate to the PHS Viking Endowment fund. (Anyone that would like to see an accounting, let me know!) There were many hands in the organizing mix, but special thank you to Laura Schurr Mentgen, Kathe Kristek, Sherry Johnson Dark, Renee Goodwin, Leigh Woodworth Haught, Chrissy Dixon McNair! AND, of course, big kudos to Michael Hendrick for donating his time and talents. We'll do it again someday and pick back up where we left off last night! -- Greg Jones
