Eagles Lair Dojo Eagles Lair Dojo focuses on Tenshi Goju Kai karate and welcomes other styles. For the next 13 years their training consisted of physical and mental discipline.

We focus on mental and physical self improvement, for all ages through training the mind, body and spirit through the martial arts. In ancient Greece an independent city state known as the Spartans utilized military training as a foundation for all their citizens at a young age. This was done due to great pride they had for their state and the state needing to be protected from invaders. Starting

at 7 years old they were sent to training schools ran by veteran Spartan warriors. They were taught how to read, write and do math. This eventually lead to being educated in cultural arts and military sciences. They were taught wrestling and ancient martial arts combat to make them lethal defenders of Sparta, both mentally and physically.
