At Nixa TaeKwon-Do Academy we specialize in traditional TaeKwon-Do as well as Tactical Self-Defense for individuals of all ages. Our classes are structured to help students build both physical and mental strength by incorporating TaeKwon-do techniques with real work applications. We accomplish this goal by following the 5 basic tenants of TaeKwon-do:
1. Integrity 3. Perseverance 4. Self Control

5. Indomitable Spirit
Within our classes, students will learn traditional taeKwon-do forms, sparring, board breaking, and real world self-defense. We strive to help students learn discipline and respect while at the same time working to gain self confidence through improved physical strength and flexibility. We offer TaeKwon-do classes Monday through Saturday for ages 6 and above, and Little Warrior Classes on Fridays and Saturdays for children ages 3-5.
