It's hard to believe it has already been one week since friends and family of the MLT class of 2025 packed the Talbot Family Atrium on the OTC Richwood Valley Campus! And when I say packed, I mean standing room only. With over 150 people in attendance, the support and pride for these graduates was palpable (insert cheesy phlebotomy joke here😉).

In addition to celebrating the accomplishments of the students, the Laboratory of Mercy Hospital Joplin was recognized as Clinical Site of the Year and the Medical Laboratory Scientists of Mercy Clinic Family Medicine - Branson Highway 248 as Clinical Preceptors of the Year. The MLT program could not educate such outstanding new MLTs without the support of our clinical partners.
