🌾From farm to campus! 👩‍🌾Each week during the growing season, Richwood Valley agriculture students harvest hundreds of pounds of fresh produce as part of their hands-on education. Every Wednesday, that harvest is brought to the Ozarks Tech Springfield campus, providing students with fresh, healthy options. 🥒🍅🫛 🧑‍🍳Not sure how to use what you pick up? No problem. Culinary and ag students have created recipe cards to help you turn seasonal produce into something delicious at home. 📆Stop by the Information Commons every Wednesday to see what’s in season and grab a recipe card. #students #collegelife

🦅Ozarks Tech Richwood Valley's brand-new Technical Training Center won't open for classes until Monday, but students are already amped. 💙Ag student Peyton Whitaker says the program's growing popularity has made extra learning space a must, especially for the dairy and meats labs, where students sample foods like cheese and learn exactly how they're made.
