CPPM is Newfield Network's nine-month ontological coach training program. It's designed for people building a coaching practice, leaders and managers who want to strengthen how they work with others, and anyone looking to grow personally and show up differently in their relationships and their life.

Throughout the program, participants build self-awareness, develop practical coaching and communication skills, and join a community that continues to support them long after graduation.
