The Nisswa Elementary PTO unites guardians, teachers, and community members to support students with resources, inspiration, and unique opportunities that foster growth, creativity, and a love of learning. 💙 We contribute money for classroom curriculum needs including art exposure, journal books, reading literacy, technology updates (be sure to take note of the new state-of-the-art soun

d system now featured in our gymnasium!), field trips, and much, much more. We sponsor events such as Bingo and Pizza Night, Family Fun Night, Popcorn Fridays, Grandparent's Day, Book Fairs, Winter Family Skating Party, and the much-anticipated Bloom Auction and Fundraiser.

What a morning!! 💙

It was SO nice to see all those smiling faces! A few of our members had the best time welcoming everyone back with blue & white pom-poms and a little extra Warrior spirit.

There’s just something special about that first-day-of-school energy — the backpacks, the excitement, the nervous smiles, and seeing our school come alive again.

To our students, teachers, staff and families: welcome back! We hope this year is filled with learning, friendships, laughter and so many great memories.💙

Let's all give a whoop whoop for for another year of supporting our students, staff and school community!

Wondering what PTO involvement looks like? It truly is whatever works for you. Come to a meeting. Volunteer for an hour. Help with an event. Share an idea. Or simply follow along and stay informed.

There’s no minimum commitment and no pressure—we just want every Nisswa family to know they’re welcome to be part of what we’re doing.

Because of their generosity, every student in Mrs. Hanowski’s 1st grade class and Mrs. Johnson’s 4th grade class will receive ONE FREE root beer float EVERY WEEK all summer long! ☀️🤯
