We need parents to help out with the upcoming Fall Dance.
If you can be a part of the Dance Committee, we are meeting tomorrow after school to go over the layout/decorations. If you can volunteer to help, please email [email protected].

We also need chaperones! If you can chaperone, send an email to [email protected].

The Dance is taking place October 30 at 3:30 (after school). Free pizza will be handed out, courtesy of Prima Pizza!
Dirty Sodas and Say Yum Cookies will be available to purchase.

The Halloween Dance is a few weeks away and we need your financial support. We are asking for a one-time contribution of $50 and this will help lay for all of the events throughout the school year.

Please pay via check: Make checks out to VANTWERP MIDDLE SCHOOL PTO, INC. and place the check in an envelope marked: VA PTO, and send it in with your student and have them drop it off in the Main Office.

We now have PayPal!

The VA PTO is asking parents to make a one-time $50 donation to the PTO which will fund all of the events for the entire school year and make all events free of charge (not including food truck vendors at the school dances and/or donation requests for certain activities). The VA PTO is starting to work on the Fall Dance, taking place October 30.
If you would like to help out (with planning, decorating and/or chaperoning) please send an email to: [email protected].

Also, if you know of an indoor food vendor which would like to serve up treats during the dance, please share our email with them and have them reach out.

Today is the Ice Cream Social for all 6th graders. It ends at 4:30 p.m.
PLEASE NOTE: STUDENTS MUST ARRANGE to be picked up (who take the bus)
Also, for those with allergy concerns, a vegan, nut-free and gluten free option will be available.
