My heart is full.

I started my birthday with my special coffee, meditation, and some intentional quiet. I picked sunflowers, dangled my feet while waiting for my favorite bagel, ate my first corn dog in nine years, and soaked up precious time with Katie and Avery.

And somewhere in between all of those little moments, I read your messages, your birthday wishes, and your kind words.

This gal feels very, very loved.

Thank you for being part of my life and for making another trip around the sun begin so beautifully.

Kira, thank you for such a beautiful gift today. Being invited to sit with your crystal bowls and actually play them myself was something I didn’t expect to touch me so deeply. The sound, the vibration, the feeling of it all brought me to tears.

What a sweet and generous thing to share with me. I’m still feeling it.
