Family Favorites II: Second Helpings A Collection of Recipes by Adele Herald McKinney http://tinyurl.com/CookingWithAdele For the last three years, I have been writing this (my second) cookbook.

My name is Adele Herald McKinney, and this FB Page is dedicated to A Collection of Recipes by Adele Herald McKinney. I wrote the first one for my children, because they kept calling and asking how to prepare certain dishes they warmly regarded from their childhood days at our family dinner table. Family Favorites II: Second Helpings is the second volume, which includes most of the original popular

dishes and about 125 new recipes. It's a spiral-bound (it's spiral-bound because it's meant to be user-friendly and completely usable) cookbook entitled "Family Favorites II: Second Helpings". In total, there are 300 recipes in this cookbook, and they have all been prepared by me at one time or another and enjoyed by my family and friends, even several church potlucks, over the years. After I have paid the amount for publishing at least 1/2 of the profits (if not all) will be going to local charities in Jessamine County, Kentucky, USA.

I have neglected this blog for many years. This past year has proved very difficult for most of us. As we enter 2021 I feel a nudge to begin posting on this blog again. The next few years will issue in a NEW normal for all of us. What does that mean?
