🎨 Meet Ms. Alex! 🎨
Ms. Alex brings a wonderful combination of experience, creativity, and a calm, steady presence to our Happyland Niceville family. While she is always willing to jump in wherever she’s needed, you’ll most often find her in our 4-Year-Old classroom, where her gentle nature and patience make her such a wonderful fit for our busy little learners.
One of the things we love most about Ms. Alex is her creativity! If you’ve noticed the adorable handmade banners hanging in our 4-year-old classroom, those are all her! She has such a talent for taking an idea and turning it into something special, adding those little extra touches that make our classroom feel fun, welcoming, and full of personality. ✂️🖍️
As a mom to one boy, Alex is no stranger to the beautiful chaos that comes along with little ones. She handles the noise, big personalities, unexpected moments, and everyday preschool adventures with gentleness, patience, and kindness.
Ms. Alex has a way of quietly stepping in, lending a hand, and helping keep things moving, all while making sure our little ones feel cared for along the way.
We are so happy to have Ms. Alex as part of our Happyland family and so grateful for the creativity, kindness, and calm she brings to our school each day! 💛

📸 Meet Ms. Jemma! 📸
All the way from the UK, Ms. Jemma brings such a warm, welcoming presence to our Happyland Niceville family! She works alongside Ms. Jocelyn in our 3-year-old classroom, where her kindness, patience, and willingness to jump in wherever she’s needed make her such a special part of our team.
Jemma’s connection to Happyland actually began before she joined our staff! She is a proud Happyland mom herself, with both of her children graduating from our 4-year-old class. We absolutely love when Happyland parents come full circle and become part of the team that once helped care for their own little ones. 💛
As a mom to one boy and one girl, Jemma brings plenty of heart, understanding, and real-life mom experience into the classroom. She has a natural way of making children feel comfortable and cared for, and she is loved by students and coworkers alike.
Outside of Happyland, Jemma is also a talented photographer with a passion for capturing life’s special moments, which feels pretty fitting for someone who spends her days helping us create so many sweet memories!
We are so happy to have Ms. Jemma as part of our Happyland family and love the warmth, creativity, and care she brings to our school each day. 🌼

🌼 Meet Ms. Heather! 🌼
Ms. Heather joined our Happyland Bluewater Bay family last year (after her own child graduated from Happyland), and it didn’t take long for us to realize what a wonderful addition she is to our team!
Her passion for early childhood education shines through in the way she connects with her students, encourages their curiosity, and creates a classroom environment where little ones feel comfortable, loved, and ready to learn through play.
Heather brings such a gentle and kind presence to the classroom, but she also knows how to have plenty of fun! She is always ready to laugh and jump right into whatever the day brings— which, in preschool, could be just about anything.
And as a proud boy mom, she came to us already well-prepared for the energy, noise, unexpected messes, and organized chaos that come with a classroom full of little ones. Not much fazes Ms. Heather!
We are so happy to have her as part of our Bluewater Bay team and can’t wait to continue watching her grow in early childhood education. Her kindness, patience, and joyful personality make her such a special part of Happyland. 💛

🎉 Teacher Spotlight + Birthday Celebration: Ms. Leonor! 🎂🌷

Today is an extra special day because not only are we celebrating one of our wonderful teachers, we’re also wishing Ms. Leonor a very happy 21st birthday! 🥳💛

For the past three years, Ms. Leonor has been such a special part of our Happyland family. She joined us at a young age and has grown into such a patient, dependable, and genuinely loving teacher. Watching her grow in her role, continue her education, and become such an important part of our school has been incredibly special!

At our Niceville campus, Ms. Leonor spends her days loving on our 4-year-olds and is also a familiar face in after-care. She brings a calm, gentle presence to the classroom and has a way of making her students feel safe, seen, loved, and valued.

And this year brings an exciting new chapter! 🎓✨ Ms. Leonor has been working hard to complete her Florida Child Care Professional Credential (FCCPC) and become VPK credentialed, preparing her to step into the role of Lead 4-Year-Old Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year! We are so proud of the dedication she has shown to her education and professional growth, and even more excited to watch her take on this well-deserved leadership role.

Outside of Happyland, she is also a devoted aunt, and that same nurturing heart shines through in the way she cares for her students each day. 💕

From joining our Happyland family as a young teacher, to earning her credentials, to now stepping into a lead teaching role, we are so proud of how much Ms. Leonor has grown and accomplished. 💛

Ms. Leonor, thank you for the love, patience, dedication, and heart you bring to Happyland. We are so lucky to have you, and we cannot wait to see all that this next chapter holds for you!

Help us wish a very Happy Birthday to one of our wonderful Happyland teachers, Ms. Leonor! 🥳💛

We are so thankful for the love, patience, laughter, and FUN you bring into the classroom each day. Preschoolers certainly keep us on our toes, and it takes a pretty special person to spend their days surrounded by tiny humans, big feelings, endless questions, and lots of hugs! 🖍️💕

🍎 Meet Ms. Jocelyn! 🍎
Since joining Happyland in 2023, Ms. Jocelyn has become such a special part of our school family and is the lead teacher of our 3-year-old class!
If you’ve ever walked past her classroom, you probably already know one thing, they have FUN! The giggles are endless, the personalities are big, and there is never a shortage of laughter, silliness, or stories to tell. Jocelyn’s fun-loving personality makes her classroom a place where children can learn, play, be themselves, and feel completely loved along the way.
She has a true gift for making each child feel seen, valued, and cared for, and she loves her students as if they were her own. As a devoted mom herself, Jocelyn’s love for family shines through in the way she nurtures her little classroom family each day.
And when she isn’t keeping a room full of 3-year-olds entertained, there’s a pretty good chance she’s keeping the rest of us laughing too, her text messages are never without the latest meme. 😂
We are so lucky to have Ms. Jocelyn leading our 3’s! Her humor, heart, and ability to make even an ordinary preschool day feel like the most fun ever are just a few of the many reasons her students, and all of us, adore her. 💛

👩🏼‍🏫 Teacher Introduction! 👩🏼‍🏫
Ms. Nicole has become such a wonderful part of our Happyland Bluewater Bay family! She spends most of her days with our 4-year-old class, where her kind heart, calm presence, and genuine love for children make her such a special part of their preschool experience.
Nicole’s connection to Happyland actually began long before she joined our teaching team, she’s a proud Happyland alumni mom! We love that she has come full circle, from experiencing Happyland as a parent to now helping create those same sweet memories for a new generation of little learners.
As a mom to two girls, Nicole brings plenty of patience, understanding, and that special “mom magic” into the classroom. Whether she’s helping with a project, joining in the fun, offering an encouraging word, or giving a little extra love when someone needs it, she has a wonderful way of making children feel comfortable and cared for.
We’re so thankful to have you as part of our Happyland family, Ms. Nicole. Thank you for the warmth, love, and care you bring to Bluewater Bay each day! 💛
