Miss Melina’s class officially claimed the top spot in our Penny Wars fundraiser — and today they got to enjoy the reward… a well-earned pizza party. 🍕

For a few weeks, students across the school brought in coins, filled jars, and watched the totals grow a little more every day. There was a lot of friendly competition from class to class — and a lot of counting.

Miss Melina’s class stayed determined right to the end. Pennies piled up, teamwork showed up, and when the final totals were counted, they finished in first place.

Friday was their moment to celebrate.

Laughter around the class, pizza slices from Mr. Ventry's, disappearing quickly, and that proud feeling that comes from working together for something bigger than yourselves.

We’re incredibly proud of all of our students who participated in Penny Wars. Every coin added up to support our school community, and it was wonderful seeing the excitement and teamwork along the way.

Congratulations again to Miss Melina’s class for taking first place — we hope the pizza tasted extra good after that big win.
