From the parts counter to the sales floor, Brandon Mohle is learning what it takes to keep a business moving! 🗃️
In our latest Bulldog Internship Spotlight, Brandon is gaining hands-on experience at Cut Above Lawn Care and Landscaping, where he works in the retail store and takes on real-world responsibilities.
Brandon helps customers find and order the right parts, answers questions over the phone, tracks inventory, places parts orders, schedules repair appointments, and even handles mower sales ... all with a little extra motivation from earning commission! He also goes the extra mile by entering warranty information to make sure customers’ new equipment is properly covered. 📞 📋
While Brandon is already building an impressive knowledge of the equipment and retail side of the business, he’s eager to learn even more. Next on his list: snowplows, plowing equipment, and the landscaping side of the operation. 🚜 ❄️
