Bucks Floral Design takes Symposium!
During the yearly American Institute of Floral Designers convention last week, alumni Lana Bespalov and friend of the program Liam Sloan were inducted into the Institute and were officially pinned by outgoing President and Instructor Renee Tucci Congratulations! 👏🏻
Instructor Heather Towne helped organize and produce the Student AIFD competition, and supported the as their Outgoing Treasurer.
Alumni Linda Weinberger CFD bravely stepped into the arena and took the PFDE (Professional Floral Designer Evaluation). This is a test of floral design skill where candidates have 4 hours to create 5 designs, proving their knowledge of the Principles and Elements of design.
Alumni NuRocha Williams CFD participated as part of the Ambassador team, where she had the chance to fully immerse herself in the true backstage experience, assisted designers, and attended workshops.
