Feeling buried under holiday clutter? Closets overflowing? Toys, clothes, and “stuff” everywhere?
Good news—you can clean out your home AND support Merryhill at the same time!

Merryhill is teaming up with Savers of Brookfield for a fundraiser that turns your donated items into funds for our daycare.

💙 How It Works
Donate gently used items from your home
Savers will pay Merryhill based on the total weight of donations
The heavier it is, the more money we raise!
🗓 March 23 – March 27, 2026
📍 Morning Drop-Off Only - there will be an enclosed trailer at Merryhill

🎯 Our Goal
We are asking each family to donate:
7 kitchen-size bags
2 boxes
💡 Tip - Ask grandparents, neighbors, and friends to help you reach this goal!

🛍 Items that go in a BAG:
Clothing and shoes
Accessories: hats, belts, scarves, gloves, wallets, handbags, backpacks
Home textiles: linens, blankets, bath towels, tablecloths, curtains

📦 Items that go in a BOX:
Toys, board games, stuffed animals
Pots, pans, glassware, dishware
Small countertop appliances
Knick-knacks, figurines, holiday decorations
Office supplies, wicker baskets, picture frames
Small electronics (hair dryers, clocks, radios)

📚 Separate box for the following items:
Books
CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes
Record albums

🚫 Items Not Accepted
Textbooks or encyclopedias
Baby items a baby would sit in or on (strollers, high chairs, bouncers, etc.)

This year Merryhill is celebrating 35 years! In honor of this amazing milestone we have an exciting goal—a brand-new playground! Help us create a magical outdoor space where kids can explore, play, and grow.

What a fun day! We loved learning all about the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, designing our own balloons, and showing them off to all our friends and neighbors. Happy Thanksgiving everyone! 🦃🧡

Dinosaurs, Werewolves, and Ninjas… oh my! We had the best morning celebrating with our annual Halloween parade! 🎃👻
