Looking for reliable barn workers for immediate hire. Primary duties include mucking stalls, cleaning water buckets, etc but additional responsibilities available based on experience. Experience with show ponies/horses preferred.

Summer is right around the corner and we are excited to announce we are accepting reservations for our Summer Camp!!!

Our summer camp this year will be running from the last week of June 2021 to the end of August 2021! Our summer camp will be held Monday through Friday from 10AM to 3PM (early drop off and late pick up arrangements available!)

Our camp focuses on safely educating Equestrians of all levels (beginner through advanced) on the basics of horse care and riding through fun activities, interactive demonstrations with our Trainer, a daily riding lesson, and more!

The end of each week campers are invited to compete in the Camp Schooling Show where they will demonstrate what they’ve learned during the week as well as win ribbons!

At the conclusion of the Schooling Show our Trainer will announce the campers that will receive awards for special achievements during that camp session (ex. Campers that can tack up and untack a horse without assistance, most improved rider, etc)

Summer camp sessions are divided by age/experience level which allows the highest amount of knowledge and skill growth for each student!

We have a number of reservations already for the summer weeks, so we highly recommend contacting us for more information or to reserve your children’s place as soon as you can!!!

Our pretty Posey has been helping Amazing Amelia make huge strides in gaining her confidence and the proof is in the pictures! Look at that huge smile!!!

‘Freight Train’ Penny has really come far in the past 6 months! Her last lesson with where we focused on shifting Penny’s weight to her hindquarters, getting her to carry herself correctly working TO the bit, when FANTASTIC! rode almost the entire lesson without stirrups showing her own core strength and balance! Love these two together!

Today’s shoutout goes to our little Phoebe (or Pheebs as I call her) - who was a HUGE help this summer to The Ridge. When Phoebe wasn’t having a lesson or hacking she spent every minute of every day she could helping at the farm.

Phoebe was so happy she got to ride her favorite horse Jingles in her last lesson and she did great!

Even though we only get to see her once a week for her lessons now that school has started, she still helps out however she can before and after!!!

This Saturday, I had one of my favorite lessons I’ve ever taught! Nothing like a bit of Mother Daughter competition in a lesson!

Aga and Amelia bringing their “A” game as usual Sunday! Aga (Amelia’s mom) has been riding dressage for some time, and after a few dressage lessons with me, and watching Amelia’s lessons over fences, she couldn’t wait to take jumping lessons!!!

Amelia always puts on quite the show on Jingles, our British Sport Pony that was imported from France. Under saddle you can definitely tell he KNOWS how fancy he is!

Both Amelia and Aga KILLED IT this weekend in their lesson! We had so much fun I can’t wait to do it again!!!
