Hiring an Assistant Teacher! Tuesdays 10am-3pm for a 12 Week Spring Session, ages 7-13, starting March 17th in Newtown, CT with an opportunity to stay on for future classes.
Looking for someone with:
*Childcare Experience
*Nature Skills such as: fire tending, plant and animal ID, crafting
*Leadership Qualities
*Compassionate, Patient, Playful

Fall Season starts on September 30th! Join us for an 11 week session of adventures in the forest, Tuesdays 10:30AM - 2:30PM. Make an herbal remedy to add to the apothecary, cook over the fire and see what kinds of woodland shenanigans arise along the way. Follow the website bio for full class description. We made white pine needle and mint tea today. So good! But we didn't stop there. We also dipped red and yellow leaves in wax to preserve the color and tied them to our walking sticks. I love seeing how engaged the kids get in our projects and the new ideas they are always adding to the mix.
