What if the skills you learn as a child help shape the opportunities you pursue for years to come?

For Nikhita Penugonda, project management started through Destination Imagination, Inc., one of PMIEF's youth-serving nonprofit partners. Those early experiences built the confidence, collaboration, and problem-solving skills that helped prepare her for Caltech and even a NASA mission concept project.
