In today’s class, Mr. Sutton was reminding us to keep our hands up when we practice our roundhouse kicks. According to Mr. Sutton:

“Keep your hands up. This is not the time to be scratching your butts.”

It was ridiculous, yes, but it’s important to have fun while you learn.

And we will not forget Mr. Sutton’s advice any time soon! 🤘😁

Huge shout out to all of our Moms (dads and special friends) who took part in our Mother's Day classes. You all did awesome.

TODAY is our Mother's Day Class special event with free face painting!

Come train with your kid(s) during regular class time.

⏰ CLASS TIMES:

🐲 Dragons- 9am

👊Basic- 9:30am
Our camo belts are encouraged to attend the 9:30am class.

🥷🏻 Phase 1 & 2- 10am or 11:15am

***There are no regular classes. There will not be weapons or camo belt class this day.

MOM, you get to take class with your child(ren). Experience the love they have for training right along side them. You'll get to do a few moves and have your child(ren) teach you some of their favorites. This class is always a good laugh and strong bonding moment.

If Mom is unable to attend … Dad, you or another loved one (aunts, uncles, siblings, grandparents, or a special friend) are able to step in that day.


🫟🖌️👩‍🎨 FACE PAINTING!!

As a special addition to our already amazing day, we will be offering free face painting. You will be able to get something small and sweet 🦋🦸 or something more extravagant 🦖. One of our new friends, Jenn Buonnadonna from over at Spellbound, will be doing the face paint. If you'd like your face painted, try to come in a few minutes early or hang a few minutes after. I promise it will be worth it!!!



We can't wait to see all of our Moms in Class. You always do so much for us. Today, we get to show you how much we appreciate you.

Hi everyone — we wanted to share that we’re currently welcoming new students at MNSA Martial Arts in Newtown Square and offering 2 free weeks of classes for children ages 3 and up.

At our school, martial arts is about much more than kicks and punches. We focus on helping children build confidence, respect, self-discipline, focus, and perseverance in a safe and supportive environment where every child can grow at their own pace.
