Dear Members, families and friends,

On behalf of our staff, Esposito's Karate Fitness Center would like to personally let you know that safety-your safety-is, and always will be, job one at our karate school. Not only is safety built into the DNA of everything we are as fitness facility, but that priority bears repeating in the face of any challenge, including the concerns posed by the coronavirus (COVID-19). At Esposito's, we have worked for years to ensure the safety of our members, students and families.

We would like to share some of the steps that we are taking at Esposito's:

1. We know how important cleanliness is during these times. To offer you peace of mind, we have increased cleaning after every class and each morning and night including the walls, lavatories, floors, railings, water fountain and safety equipment.

2. Our facility is equipped with hospital-grade high-efficiency hand sanitizer at the front desk and in each of the dojos.

3. We are disinfecting common surfaces more frequently and sanitizing all areas.

Most people are already aware of regular hand washing, we are simply encouraging you to do it before and after each class.

In addition, we want to remind people that staying home if you're sick, and potentially contagious, is part of being a good member of our program.

You will also see other changes in our meditation at the beginning and end of classes.
