We are removing a layer of wrestling mats and need help rolling them up. We are gathering volunteers to be at the wrestling room on MONDAY AT 10:00 AM to help us roll them up. We will take any kids in our program to help!

Final summer workout totals are in, and the grind paid off!

🥇 Huge congratulations to Trevor for taking the top spot on the podium!

A massive shoutout to Trevor, Ayden, Nick, and Elijah for earning their spot in the exclusive Iron 30 Club this summer! 💪🔥

To celebrate a strong off-season, we wrapped up our final open mat session with well-earned pizza for the whole crew! 🍕

We can’t wait to watch these gains and improvements translate onto the mat when the season kicks off!
