There’s nothing better than seeing the Schechter community continue to connect all summer long. From current students to alumni to staff, this reunion at Camp Tel Noar remind us that the friendships and relationships built at Schechter extend far beyond the school year.

Seeing our students take on a kids triathlon side by side was a special reminder that the Schechter community extends far beyond our classrooms. Whether it’s during the school year or summer break, the friendships, encouragement, and sense of belonging they build here continue wherever they go. 💙🏅

Last week, our Gan Summer Program went camping! ⛺🔥

From making and enjoying delicious s’mores, to creating a campfire sensory table, finger painting fiery masterpieces, and pretending to roast marshmallows over the campfire, our students explored the magic of camping through hands-on play. They also cozied up inside a classroom tent for imaginative adventures and even learned about fire in Hebrew!

Every week is filled with new opportunities to create, explore, and learn and we can’t wait to see where our summer adventures take us next! 🌲✨

When the weather keeps us indoors, the fun doesn’t stop at our Gan Summer Program!

Our students make the most of their indoor adventures, exploring the amazing light and sensory tables in our brand-new ELC classrooms, creating imaginative art projects, diving into dramatic play with costumes and toys, and staying active in the gym with parachutes, scooters, and more. We love seeing their creativity, curiosity, and joy shine no matter where the day takes us! 💙✨

Bubblemania took over the Gan Summer Program last week! 🫧☀️

Our students were amazed by a special bubble performer who put on an incredible show featuring bubbles big and small and even giant bubbles that surrounded our Gan students! The bubble fun continued all week long with hands-on activities, laughter, and plenty of wonder.

If this is any indication of how summer is going, we can’t wait to see what the rest of the season has in store! 💙

Rabbi Tilles enjoyed visiting our students at Camp Yavneh and Camp Ramah New England, seeing them thrive, reconnecting with familiar faces, and hearing all about their camp adventures. We love watching our students shine all summer long! 💙
