📩 LIFE HACK: CHECK YOUR EMAIL!

Your college email is literally your lifeline. It's one of the main ways your college communicates with you, and an unread message could contain:

📚 An important update from a professor
💰 A financial aid deadline
📝 A required form from your school
📅 A change to your schedule or campus plans
🏠 A roommate change

We know inboxes can get overwhelming, but avoiding your email can mean missing information, deadlines, and opportunities.

📧Make checking your school and personal email part of your daily routine.

Her session explores PANS/PANDAS: how infections and viruses can trigger OCD, anxiety, tics, mood changes, and sudden academic difficulties. She’ll cover diagnosis, treatment, and what real support looks like for kids and the people in their corner.
