The Newton South Preschool Program for children ages 2.9-5 years old The program offers full day and half day options. Our program is accredited by NAEYC.
Newton South Preschool Program, a high-quality Early Education program located at Newton South High School is currently accepting applications for September 2017. NSP is a child development lab school and serves as an internship site for high school students who are taking Early Childhood courses. Both classrooms have 3 full time teachers, all licensed in Early Childhood Education under the MA DOE.

Our Hedgehog classroom is gearing up for Halloween with lots of fall fun activities like playing in the haunted house, learning a new pumpkin song, investigating pumpkins at the science table and morning meeting, coloring jack-o-lanterns and dressing up in lots of costumes!

The Hermit Crabs had so much fun with their Apple/Fall Festival activities: washing apples, playing in apple sauce, counting apples, coloring apples, investigating apples at the science table and playing in our "farm stand".

Our High School Majors did such a great job with their "Take Over" week. The classroom looked wonderful and they planned great activities including sprucing up our garden. Nice job Majors!!!!!
